I stayed for one night with my family while exploring nearby attractions like St Mary's Parish Church and the Harris Museum and Art Gallery. The location was quite convenient, and I appreciated the bottle of water that was provided in the room. the room had a few issues, like a broken bed and a lack of a proper reception area, which made my stay a bit challenging.

great location, just 5 mins to the train station and the high street. the bed was super comfy with a tv, kettle, and free water, tea, coffee. bathroom was nice with a hot shower and a cool light-up mirror. checkin was easy peasy, and imran made it all simple over the phone. loved the big, warm room with a nice window.

missingWrote a review on 01 Novdecent locationopen windowbroken toilet
The location allows for decent access to nearby spots outside, making it somewhat convenient. There’s an open window in the room that can be refreshing if the weather's good, though it could use a screen for less chill.
The toilet seat's broken, which isn’t exactly a great start. Walls looked like they hadn’t seen a clean in ages. the carpet felt like it should’ve stayed in the last millennium. No towels provided, which is a classic oversight, and the continuous dripping from the shower made getting any rest feel near impossible. Sound carries way too well. could hear everything from my neighbors, including some seriously personal moments. The bed had an odd waxy substance, possible left by the previous guests, which isn’t exactly what you want to find when you pull back the covers.

i almost thought of leaving a nice review, but absolutely not with the bathroom light flickering like a disco party and that ghastly broken toilet seat not being fixed for ages. how dare you not offer a complimentary upgrade when everything felt dingy? a real disappointment for those of us who expect pampering, honestly.

We enjoyed the close proximity to various shops and the convenience of being near the train station. Our group appreciated the spacious communal areas, making it ideal for friends to gather and share stories after a long trek. The price was also reasonable for the quality of our stay.
The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low and cut out intermittently.
